Aloha Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of wafer crumbs (vanilla)
1/4 cup of melted margarine
16 ounces of softened cream cheese
1/3 cup of sugar (refined)
2 Tablespoons of milk
2 pieces of eggs (large)
1/2 cup of toasted nuts (Macadamia)
8-1/2 ounces of pineapple (crushed, canned); drained
1 piece of Kiwi fruit (medium); peeled then sliced
Instructions:
Combine margarine and crumbs; press firmly into the base of a 9-inch (springform) pan and bake (350 degrees F) for 10 mins.
Combine sugar, milk, and cream cheese; beat thoroughly till blended well. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously. Fold the nuts into the mixture. Pour onto the crust.
Place inside the oven and bake, (350 degrees F) for 45 mins. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cake. Let the cake cool then remove the rim. Place inside the refrigerator. Serve chilled and spread kiwi and pineapple on top.
