Amaretta Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of Egg Beaters
1/2 cup of sugar (refined)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of almond flavoring (extract)
2 Tablespoons of liquor (Amaretta)
4 cups of Ricotta (fat-free)
6 Tablespoons of flour
Cinnamon (as desired)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (Calumet)
Instructions:
Combine the egg beaters, sugar, almond extract, vanilla, and amaretta liquor. Beat thoroughly till frothy then add the Ricotta; beat till creamy and smooth. Combine Calumet and flour; gradually add onto the mixture of cheese. Incorporate well.
Pour mixture onto a 9-inch (springform) pan. Place inside the oven and bake, (350 degrees F) for an hour. Let the cake cool and remove the rim of the pan. Place inside the refrigerator to chill. Sprinkle cinnamon then serve.
