Amaretto Cheesecake Recipe II
Ingredients:
3 packages of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar (refined)
4 pieces of eggs (large)
1/3 cup of Amaretto
1-1/2 cups of cracker crumbs (Graham)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
1/4 cup of sugar
8 ounces of sour cream (dairy)
6 Tablespoons of melted butter
1 Tablespoon of sugar (additional 1 teaspoon, refined)
1 Tablespoon of Amaretto
Instructions:
Preheat oven (375 degrees F). Combine crumbs, sugar, butter, and cinnamon; press firmly onto the base of 9-inch springform pan. Set on the side.
Beat cream cheese till fluffy and light. Slowly add (1 cup) sugar; beat thoroughly then add the eggs individually, while continuously beating. Pour onto the pan then bake for 45 to 50 mins.
Combine sugar, Amaretto, and sour cream; mix thoroughly. Spoon above baked cheesecake then bake again for five mins but increase the temperature (500 degrees F). Place inside refrigerator for 48 hrs.
Top chocolate shavings or curls and sliced (toasted) almonds. Serve.
