Amaretto Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of cracker (Graham); crushed
1/4 cup of melted butter
15 ounces of cheese (Ricotta)
8 ounces of cream cheese
4 pieces of eggs; beaten lightly
1/2 cup of sugar (refined)
1/3 cup of liquor (Amaretto)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F. Combine butter and crushed crackers; press firmly on the sides and base of a buttered 9-inch springform pan and chill.
Beat cream cheese and Ricotta till smoothened. Add eggs individually, while beating continuously. Add sugar, liquor, vanilla and salt; beat thoroughly. Pour onto the chilled crust. Bake inside the preheated oven for 75 mins.
Let it cool for half an hour then remove the rim of the pan. Place inside the refrigerator to chill then serve with any fresh fruits on top or preserves.
