Banana Cream Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
Greased 13 by 9 inch pan
1 cup of nuts; chopped
1 can of whipping cream (large)
4 pcs of banana
2 cups of milk
1 pack vanilla pudding (3 ozs)
8 ozs of cream cheese; softened
1 package mix (yellow cake)
Instructions:
Cream the cheese ’till smooth and velvetty in texture. Slowly add the milk. Beat well.
Next add the vanilla pudding and mix well ’till well incorporated. Spread atop the yellow cake that has been baked and cooled. Place slices of banana on top.
Spread with cooled whipping cream. Garnish with some nuts.
