Banana Nut Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of wafer crumbs (chocolate)
1/4 cup of melted margarine
16 ounces of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar (refined)
1/2 cup of mashed bananas (ripe)
2 pieces of eggs (large)
1/4 cup of walnuts; chopped
1/3 cup of milk choco morsels
1 Tablespoon of margarine
2 Tablespoons of water
Instructions:
Combine margarine and crumbs; press firmly into the base of 9-inch (springform) pan. Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for 10 mins.
Combine sugar, banana, and cream cheese; beat moderately till blended well. Add the eggs individually, while stirring continuously. Fold walnuts into the mixture. Pour into the crust.
Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for 40 mins. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cake. Let it cool then remove the rim.
Combine morsels, margarine, and water inside a saucepan above gentle heat. Stir constantly till smooth and melted. Drizzle above the cheesecake.
Place inside the refrigerator till chilled. Serve.
