Cappuccino Cheesecake Recipe


Cappuccino Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of water (boiling)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 Tbsp of coffee (instant powder)
1 cup of sour cream
4 eggs (large)
3 Tbsps of flour (all purpose); unbleached
1 cup of sugar
32 ozs of cream chease (room temperature)
3 Tbsps of butter; melted
2 Tbsps of sugar
1.5 cups of nuts; chopped finely

Instructions:

Mix together the sugar, margarine and nuts. Press at the bottom using a nine inch diameter pan with removable bottom. Bake crust for ten minutes (325 degrees F).

Next, cream the cream cheese and sugar. Beating well. Beat in eggs whisking each egg thoroughly.

Next add the sour cream then the flour. Pour a small amount of vanilla. Using a separate cup or bowl, dissolve the cinnamon and coffee in hot water.

Let it cool for a few minutes. Slowly decant onto the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until everything is incorporated.

Decant cheese-coffee mixture onto the prepared crust and bake for ten minutes. Lower down temperature (250 degrees F) after ten minutes and resume baking an hour more.

Remove pan bottom and cool in the fridge for two hours then serve with whipping cream using coffe beans as garnish.
