Cappuccino Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup of wafers (chocolate); crushed
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
8 ounces of cream cheese (light)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of powdered cocoa (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon of powdered cocoa (for garnish)
2.5 cups of sour cream (dairy)
2 pieces of eggs (large)
2 Tablespoons of liqueur (coffee)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Combine cinnamon and crumbs; press firmly on the base of a 9-inch (springform) pan. Set on the side.
Beat the cream cheese till fluffy and light. Add powdered cocoa and sugar; beat thoroughly. Add the egg while beating continuously then add (2 cups) sour cream, vanilla, and liqueur; stir thoroughly. Pour onto the pan and bake till set, about half an hour.
Spread evenly the rest of sour cream on top and bake again for a minute, letting the top glaze. Let it cool; cover then place inside the refrigerator to be thoroughly chilled.
Take out from the pan and dust powdered cocoa on top. Serve.
