Amaretto Mousse Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of cracker crumbs (Graham)
1/2 cup of melted butter (or margarine)
1 packet of gelatin (unflavored)
1/2 cup of Water (cold)
3 packages of softened cream cheese
1-1/4 cups of sugar (refined)
5 ounces of evaporated milk (canned)
1 teaspoon of juice (lemon)
1/3 cup of liqueur (Amaretto)
3/4 cup of whipped cream (Whipping or heavy)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine butter and crumbs; press into the side and base of a 9-inch (springform) pan. Let it chill.
Mix gelatin and water inside a saucepan; let it stand for a minute then stir above gentle heat until dissolved completely; set on the side. Beat sugar and cream cheese inside a mixing bowl until fluffy.
Slowly add juice and milk; beat thoroughly until mixture becomes fluffy. Slowly add the mixture of gelatin, vanilla, and liqueur, while beating continuously till blended well. Fold the cream into the mixture and pour onto the crust.
Place inside the refrigerator for 8 hrs or for over a night. Garnish berries and choco sauce.
