Holiday Delight Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of cracker crumbs (Graham)
3 Tablespoons of sugar (refined)
2 Tablespoons of melted margarine
3 packages of cream cheese (8 ounces, fat-free)
2 Tablespoons of flour
3/4 cup of sugar (white)
3 Tablespoons of juice (lemon)
3 Tablespoons of egg product (cholesterol-free)
1 container of non-fat yogurt (lemon)
Whipped topping (lite)
1 can of pie filling (cherry)
Instructions:
Heat the oven (350 degrees F). Combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar; press firmly onto the base of a 9-inch or a 10-inch (springform) pan.
Combine cream cheese, flour, and sugar; beat thoroughly till fluffy, smooth, and light. Slowly add egg product and juice; beat thoroughly. Add the yogurt; mix them well. Pour above the crust and cover loosely with foil.
Bake (350 degrees F) for 60-70 mins. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cake. Let it cool then remove the rim. Place inside the refrigerator to be chilled completely.
Spread the filling on top and top with the lite topping. Serve.
