Miniature Cheesecakes Recipe

Ingredients:

2 packages of cream cheese (8 ounces each)
3/4 cup of sugar (refined)
2 pieces of eggs (large)
1 teaspoon if vanilla extract
Pie filling (cherry)
Wafer pieces (vanilla)

Instructions:

Place the wafer on the base on each muffin cups. Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously.

Fill 1/2 the cups with the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for ten mins. Let it cool then place inside the refrigerator for overnight. Top the filling above the cake then serve chilled.
