Individual Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

2 packages of cream cheese (8 ounces each); softened
3/4 cup of sugar (refined)
2 pieces of eggs (large)
1 teaspoon of juice (lemon)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
12 pieces of wafers (vanilla)
1 can of pie filling (cherry)

Instructions:

Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and juice inside a mixing bowl. Arrange the wafer on the base of (each) twelve cupcake cups, lined with paper cups. Fill 3/4 of the cup with the mixture.

Bake (375 degrees F) for fifteen mins. Let them cool then top with filling on each cake. Place inside the refrigerator and chill for hours.
