Strawberry Topping Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of juice (orange)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 pack of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsps of liqueur (orange flavor)
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
Instructions:
Mix the cornstarch and liqueur. Place berries inside saucepan and over moderate heat mix it together with sugar and orange juice.
Cook for ten minutes then add the cornstarch mixture and cook ’till thick. Makes about two cups of syrup.
