Creamy Chilled Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of cracker crumbs (Graham)
1/4 cup of sugar (refined)
1/4 cup of melted margarine
1 envelope of gelatin (unflavored)
1/4 cup of water (cold)
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar (white)
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of juice (lemon)
1 cup of whipping cream (whipped)
Strawberry (fresh); halved

Instructions:

Combine sugar, margarine, and crumbs; press firmly onto the base of a 9-inch (springform) pan.

Mix gelatin with water then stir above gentle heat till dissolved. Using a mixer, combine sugar with cream cheese; beat thoroughly. Place inside the refrigerator till thickened. Add milk, juice and cream; beat thoroughly.

Pour above the crust and place inside the refrigerator till firm. Serve with halved strawberries on top.
