Cheddar Chili Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 Tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of bread crumbs; toasted
1/4 cup of cheese (Cheddar); grated finely
3 ounces of ham; sliced thinly and diced
3 ounces of ham; sliced thinly
1-1/2 pounds of cream cheese; softened
3/4 pound of cheese (Cheddar, sharp); grated
1 cup of cheese (Cottage)
3/4 cup of onions (green); chopped
4 pieces of eggs (large)
3 Tablespoons of pepper (jalapeno)
2 Tablespoons of milk
1 piece of garlic clove; halved
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (325 degrees F). Grease a 9-inch (springform) pan. Combine crumbs and finely grated Cheddar; press firmly onto the pan and refrigerate.
Combine (diced) ham, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Cottage cheese, green onions, eggs, pepper, milk, and garlic inside a food processor; process till mixture has smoothened. Pour half (or more) of the mixture onto the pan. Arrange the sliced ham evenly on top and pour the rest of the filling on top.
Set the pan onto a baking sheet and bake for an hour and fifteen minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside for an hour, leaving the door slightly opened. Transfer the cake to a rack.
Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cake. Let it cool then remove the rim. Serve.
