Cheesecake Banana Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1-1/2 cups of cracker crumbs (Graham)
1/4 cup of sugar (granulated)
For the Cheesecake:
2 cups of cream cheese
1/4 cup of sugar (granulated)
2 teaspoons of juice (lemon)
4 pieces of eggs (large)
1 cup of sour cream (dairy)
1 cup of mashed bananas
6 Tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven (350 degrees F). Combine sugar, crumbs, and butter; press firmly on sides and base of 9-inch (springform) pan. Spread evenly then bake inside preheated oven for 10 mins. Let it cool.
Preheat oven (350 degrees F). Combine sugar, cream cheese, and juice inside the large bowl then beat thoroughly. Add eggs individually, while beating continuously.
Add bananas then the dairy sour cream; stir thoroughly till well blended and mixture has smoothened thoroughly. Pour onto crust then bake, at about an hour.
Let it cool inside the (turned off) oven, leaving its door ajar. Once cooled, place inside the refrigerator till chilled well then serve.
