Cheesecake Brownie Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ounces of Brownie Mix
1/2 cup of sugar (refined)
16 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 pieces of eggs (large)
1 cup of melted morsels (milk chocolate)
Instructions:
Grease the base of a 9-inch (springform) pan. Make the brownie according to the package instructions. Pour onto the pan and bake (350 degrees F) for 15 mins.
Combine sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese; beat moderately till blended well. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously.
Pour onto the layer of brownie. Spoon the melted chocolate on top and swirl with a knife to make a marbled design.
Bake (350 degrees F) for 35 mins. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cake. Let the cake cool then remove the rim. Place inside the refrigerator till chilled. Serve with chilled whipped whipping cream (if desired).
