Cheesecake Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
3 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each); softened
1 cup of sugar (refined)
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 pieces of eggs (large)
1 cup of sour cream (dairy)
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar till smooth. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously. Fold (sour) cream into the mixture. Fill custard cups. Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 mins or till crust turns golden.
