Cheesecake Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 piece of egg (large)
1/3 cup sugar (refined)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 piece of pie shell (unbaked, 9-inch)
1-1/2 cups of pecan (halves)
2 pieces of eggs; slightly-beaten
1/4 cup of sugar (white)
2/3 cup of corn syrup (light)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions:
Combine egg, refined sugar, vanilla extract, and refined sugar; beat till fluffy and light. Spread onto the base of the shell and arrange halved pecans above the mixture.
Combine beaten eggs, white sugar, vanilla, and syrup; mix thoroughly and pour above the arranged pecans. Place inside the oven and bake (375 degrees F) for 40-45 mins or till done.
