Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 piece of pie crust (Graham, 9 inch)
8 ounces of cream cheese; softened
14 ounces of milk (canned, condensed & sweetened)
1/3 cup of juice (from lemon concentrate)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
21 ounces of canned pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Slowly add milk (condensed), while beating continuously till smooth. Add vanilla and juice; stir thoroughly. Pour onto the crust. Refrigerate for three hrs or till set. Spread filling on top and chill.
