Cheeseless Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of crushed pineapple (canned); drained
2/3 cup of powdered milk (dry)
1/3 cup of juice (pineapple, from the drained crushed pineapple)
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 packs of sweetener
2 packets of gelatin (Knox)
2 Tablespoons of juice (lemon)
1/2 cup of water (boiling)
Instructions:
Place pineapple, water, juice from pineapple, and gelatin inside a blender then blend at about two mins. Add milk, (lemon) juice, and vanilla; blend again for another two mins. Pour onto a 9-inch pie crust.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till set.
