Cherry Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of cherry filling (21 ozs)
1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 whole eggs (large)
3/4 cup of sugar
1 pack of cream cheese (24 ozs, room temperature)
3 Tbsps of butter; melted
3 Tbsps of sugar
1 cup of cracker (Graham’s); crumbled
Instructions:
Mix together the butter and crumbs. Press at the bottom using a nine inch diameter pan with removable bottom. Bake crust for ten minutes (325 degrees F).
Next, cream the sugar and cream cheese. Beating well. Beat in eggs whisking each egg thoroughly.
Pour a small amount of vanilla. Slowly decant onto the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until everything is incorporated.
Decant cheese-coffee mixture onto the prepared crust and bake for ten minutes. Lower down temperature (250 degrees F) and resume baking for half and hour more.
Remove pan bottom and cool in the fridge for two hours. Serve with cherry pie filling on top.
