Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Supreme Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of chocolate (mini semi-sweet chips)
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of artificially soured cream
3 whole eggs (large)
24 ozs cream cheese (room temperature)
3 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 cup of wafer (chocolate); crumbled
1/4 cup flour (all purpose); unbleached
Instructions:
Mix together melted butter and wafer crumbs. Press in to a round pan with removable bottom (nine inch diameter). Bake this for ten minutes (350 degrees F).
Next, cream the cream cheese and sugar. Beating well. Beat in eggs whisking each egg thoroughly.
Next add the sour cream then the flour. Pour a small amount of vanilla. Fold the choco chips in and mix well.
Decant cream cheese mixture onto the prepared crust and return to the oven to bake for fifty five more minutes. It is necessary to cool cheese cake prior to removing from the pan.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours then serve with along side mint herb.
