Creamed Cottage Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of creamed cheese (Cottage)
2 c of cream cheese; softened
4 pcs of eggs; beaten lightly
1-1/2 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
3 Tbsps of cornstarch
1/2 c of melted butter
3 Tbsps of flour
2 c of sour cream (thick)
1 pc of pan (lined with crushed Graham crackers)
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese and creamed Cottage cheese till smooth. Add eggs individually, while beating continuously. Add flour, cornstarch, and lemon; blend thoroughly. Add sour cream and butter; blend thoroughly.
Pour mixture onto the pan. Place inside the oven; bake (325 degrees F) for an hour. Turn the oven off and leave the cake inside for two hours, w/o opening the door. Take the cake out and refrigerate.
