Heavenly Orange Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1-1/2 cups of wafer crumbs (chocolate)
4 Tablespoons of melted butter (unsalted)
For the Filling:
1 packet of gelatin (unflavored)
1/2 cup of juice (orange)
24 ounces of softened cream cheese
3/4 cup of sugar (refined)
1 cup of whipped cream (whipped)
2 teaspoons of orange zests; grated
Instructions:
Combine butter and crumbs; press firmly onto the base of a 9-inch (springform) pan. Bake (350 degrees F) for ten minutes. Let it cool for a while.
Stir gelatin with the juice inside a saucepan above gentle heat till dissolved completely. Combine sugar and cream cheese; slowly add into the mixture of gelatin. Fold the zests and whipping cream into the mixture.
Spread onto the crust. Refrigerate till set.
