Little Round Cheesecakes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packages of cream cheese (8 ounces each)
3/4 cup of sugar (refined)
2 pieces of eggs (large)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Place the wafer on the base of each cupcake cups, lined with foil. Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously.
Fill the cups with the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for fifteen mins. Let it cool then place inside the refrigerator for overnight. Garnish with fruits then serve chilled.
