Macadamia Nut Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
Prepared pie crust (chocolate)
3/4 cup of sugar (refined)
11 ounces of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 pieces of eggs
1/16 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of nuts (Macadamia); chopped
Instructions:
Combine cream cheese, vanilla, salt, and sugar; beat thoroughly. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously. Sprinkle the nuts above the crust.
Carefully pour the cream cheese mixture above the nuts. Set the pie on a cooking sheet. Place inside the oven and bake (325 degrees F) for forty mins.
