No Bake Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 quart whipped cream
1/2 cup of water (boiling)
1 cup of sugar
1 & 1/4 lb of cream cheese; softened
1.5 tsp of vanilla
Pie crust (Graham crackers)
Gelatin (lemon flavored, 3 ozs)
Instructions:
Press pie crust at the bottom of your greased baking pan with removable bottom (ten inch diameter). Place in the chiller to set.
Next, cream the cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly until it is airy and smooth. Boil the water and then add the gelatin. Mix well until fully dissolved.
Let the gelatin cool considerably then fold this in to your mixture. Next whip up the cream until double in volume but not stiff then fold as well in the cheesecake mixture.
Decant onto prepared crust. Place back in the fridge to chill well before serving.
