Blueberry Cheesecake Luscious Bars
Ingredients:
6 tbsps melted butter
2 c cracker crumbs (Graham)
2 pkgs (8-oz each) softened cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 big eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp lemon juices
1 jar (10-oz) blueberry jelly
1 c blueberries (fresh)
Instructions:
Oven should be preheated to around 350 deg. F then put a rack inside the middle of your oven.
Get a 9×13 inch pan for baking then inside this pan, combine Graham crackers and butter together then press this mixture to your pan’s bottom in order to get a crust and after that, put pan inside your fridge so crust will get chilled while you’re preparing the creamy filling.
Inside a big bowl, cream cheese should be beaten using your mixer at medium-high settings ’til it gets creamy & is blended really well. Take crust out from your fridge.
Get your jam and stir contents around until jam has softened enough so that it’s easy to apply. Evenly spread jam on your crust. Layer blueberries next on top of jam. Next would be a cream cheese layer. Evenly spread mixture on top of your blueberries.
Place dish inside your oven then bake it for about 30 mins. ’til bars have set & they appear a bit puffed up. Take them out of your oven then let cool at room temp. After they’ve cooled completely, cover bars using some Saran wrap then store inside your fridge for bars to get chilled. Before serving, take them out of your fridge then slice into bite size pieces or shape them into nice designs.
Just bring them out right after dinner and enjoy the treat together with your guests. For sure, before the night is over your guests will be asking for the recipe. This is going to be a guaranteed hit
